Solid as a Rock
The James Bay region is well known for its many mines exploiting different ores. A replica of an ancient mine has been built for visitors who are curious about the life of minors. Once in the heart of the mountain, you will have the chance to live as a minor for a while. In the main gallery, a thematic exhibition teaches you about the evolution of mines throughout the years. The remainder of the visit includes a sound and light show and different entertainment stations with guides.
